Report of the beginnings of a possible water rescue off 1210 SE 36th. Page out for rescuers to go upriver a bit from SE 36th on a report of two people in a boat stranded in the water for over an hour.

Rescue turned over to the Coast Guard. Those in the boat appear to have mechanical issues – been going on for well over an hour. Both are wearing life vests.

Coast Guard is on scene. They say fire rescue not needed.
