Lincoln City: Smoke in a building on NW 17th Street

Lincoln City firefighters are enroute to a report of smoke in a building at 1461 NW 17th Street, Lincoln City.
The reporting said there were sparks coming out of a plug behind her TV set. However, the sparks subsided and the TV is still on. The room is rather smoky.
