A number of Oregon counties, including Deschutes, have complained that a good number of medical marijuana customers are buying far more weed than they need and are turning around and selling what they don’t need on the black market.
The Oregon Liquor Control Commission swung in to action by outlawing anyone buying more than one ounce of medical marijuana at a time. But it didn’t set with a lot of marijuana buyers in the room.
