Report of grass fire 4500 E Fall Creek Road – high in the hills between Waldport and Alsea

Central Coast Fire is enroute to a report of a quarter acre grass fire at 4500 East Fall Creek Road. Alsea Fire and Forest Service also being notified.
Fire is up East Fall Creek Road, a little more than half-way to the town of Alsea off Highway 34. The fire is reported to be well north of 34, near the Oregon Hatchery Resource Center.
An Alsea Fire crew is also enroute.

Forestry is sending three fire trucks to the scene.
