Sally Grant Carr was born in Connecticut, and had lived on the central Oregon coast for more than 25 years.
Sally died peacefully on April 1st surrounded by a circle of loving friends at Samaritan Pacific Communities Hospital. Friends are invited to share memories, music, and stories.
