An outbreak of K-9 Doggy Flu has erupted in Northern California and there has been a case reported in Grants Pass. So dog owners throughout Oregon should consider getting their precious bow-wows vaccinated. Puppies as young as 8 weeks to senior dogs should be vaccinated to ensure they don’t come down with it.
The K-9 virus is passed from dog to dog in dog parks, playgrounds, grooming facilities, and of course, veterinary offices. The vaccination is a two stage procedure. The second shot is two to four weeks after the first one.
