(Lincoln City – Dec. 13, 2017) – Whether you sleep like a baby or saw logs all night, make plans to attend a free seminar, Healthy Habits for Quality Sleep, hosted by Samaritan North Lincoln Hospital on Thursday, Jan. 11, from 6 to 7:30 p.m.
The program will be led by Michael Stout, RPSCT, CCSH, a clinical sleep expert and coordinator of Samaritan Pacific Sleep and Neurodiagnostics Lab in Newport. He will discuss sleep disorders, treatments and simple ways to achieve quality sleep.
The program will be held in the hospital’s education conference room. Light refreshments will be served.
The seminar is part of Samaritan Health Service’s Healthy Minds, Healthy Bodies seminar series offered at the five Samaritan hospitals in Benton, Lincoln and Linn counties.
