It’s getting dark earlier now, so there’s no better time to let Dr. Alberto Flores shine some light on a few powerful ideas that can help you dramatically improve your business, in just a few steps.
Dr. Flores, the first full-time business faculty in Oregon Coast Community College’s 30-year history, will teach this powerful one-night class on Wednesday, Nov. 8 at OCCC in Lincoln City.
“Take this opportunity to step out of your business, and learn how to work ‘on’ your business, not just ‘in’ your business,” Flores said. “You will walk away with concrete ideas on how to increase your business’ profits, make your team more efficient and get a grip on time management. You will leave this practical seminar with a clearer direction and new tools to achieve your goals faster.”
The presentation explores how Lincoln County business owners can take steps to get more done in less time. It describes the six keys to building a better business, and discusses “bullet-proof profit strategies” for crafting better operations, more effective marketing, improved customer service and increased sales.
“Participants will leave with renewed energy, vision and focus for the next level in their business,” Flores said. “Plus, they’ll take home strategies to build profits right away, along with the skills and the tools to get more done in less time, and achieve better results in the business.”
Six Steps to a Better Business will be held from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. There is no charge.
The OCCC North County Center is located at 3788 SE High School Drive in Lincoln City.
