Report of a house fire in the Bayshore at 1813 NW Dolphin. Grass fire is threatening the house. Occupants are evacuating. High winds are fanning the flames. Seal Rock and Central Coast Fire enroute.

Arriving firefighters say they’re at the scene and will soon have water on the blaze.

Firefighters say brush and vegetation are burning. Not the home. They think they’ve caught it in time.

The fire is at the corner of Dolphin and Parker.

Fire out. Lucky for the homeowners they had a third of the county’s fire-rescue crews in the neighborhood on that bad crash just north on 101.
