Everyone in the Newport-Toledo-Waldport area is invited to a Spaghetti Feed Fundraiser for Special Needs School Bus Driver Tracy Mason. Tracy was terribly injured March 20th when a pickup came across the center line on Highway 20, east of Newport, and hit her car head-on while driving to work.
It will be many months of rehabilitation before she will be able to return home and back to work.
The Spaghetti Feed fundraiser for Tracy will be held Saturday, May 6th, 1 to 4pm, at the Newport Elks Lodge, on SE Moore Drive, just south of Highway 20.
The spaghetti feed is five bucks a person or $20 for a family of five. It’s spaghetti with garlic bread or garlic knots and a side of green salad!
At the same time there will be a silent auction running for Tracy.
Tracy’s family says it will be quite a while before Tracy is out of her wheel chair and through a long recovery with physical therapy.
