Looking for the perfect wreath for you door or decoration for your holiday table? Traditional holiday greens with a coastal flair are available for purchase at the Seal Rock Garden Club’s Annual Holiday Greens Sale, Saturday, December 10th from 10:00am to 4pm.
Club members are busy preparing the materials to make wreaths, swags, table decorations, decorated small living trees, and paper-whites for sale at the Clubhouse on December 10th, where you can purchase freshly made, locally grown Holiday decorations as gifts or for you doors, mantels, and holiday tables.
Located in Seal Rock on the East side of Highway 101 by the old Seal Rock Fire Station, the yellow Clubhouse is a flurry of activity in anticipation of this year’s sale. Teams of workers who sort, cut, and transfer the freshly gathered greens to the wreath and swag makers for assembly into beautiful holiday arrangements. Bows are made from festive holiday ribbon, pine cones and shells are sorted for the decorations. With 20 years of experience, the members of the club take pride in the quality and freshness of their creations.
This traditional holiday event should not be missed if you are looking for the perfect wreath for your door or decoration for your holiday entertainment table.
The Seal Rock Garden Club meets the third Wednesday of the month at 11:00 am, between September and June for lectures and demonstration on plants and gardening. A schedule of events and lectures are listed on our website at sealrockgardenclub.com, or just click here.
