After taking their annual vacation break back to China, Hong Su and his family have returned to Lincoln City to continue offering some of the best, if not THE best Chinese cuisine on the Coast. Mr. Su reactivated his kitchen at his gourmet Chinese restaurant on Sunday, “New Foon Hing Yuen,” at 3138 No. Highway 101 in Lincoln City.
As you can see by the stellar photos to the left, Mr. Su and his family takes great pride in offering a variety of outstanding main courses for lunch and dinner but also basic menu items of American food as well. Their specialty dishes are all Cantonese and Szechuan cuisine much to the delight of their regular customers who have been loyal fans for years.
Besides a full dinner menu offering BBQ pork, fried shrimp, almond chicken and sweet and sour chicken to just mention a few, they offer combination dinners to go. They also list a virtual rainbow of fried rice varieties. Also Egg Foo Young, Poultry, Beef, Pork and Seafood as main entrees.
