Report of a semi versus a sedan at milepost 134 on highway 101. The sedan is reported to be about 30 feet down an embankment, and the driver appears unconscious. The semi is said to be leaking diesel fuel.

Pacific West Ambulance crew arriving are not able to find the sedan. They are saying it is possible that beach access may need to be made to find the sedan.
Newport Fire personnel advising there is a large diesel spill along the highway, and ODOT will need to respond to clean the spill.
Pacific West Ambulance personnel have located the sedan involved parked on the road, not down an embankment. The driver is saying he does not need any medical treatment, and medics are saying he appears to be in good condition.
Diesel fuel leak from the semi has been contained with a kiddie pool.
