Toledo, Oregon – For nearly 25 years, Toledo has played host to its annual Classic Car Show which brings droves of vintage vehicles including cars, trucks, vans, motorcycles and more to its main drag.
This year, the Toledo Chamber of Commerce and the Toledo Downtown Association will host the 24th Annual Classic Car Show on Toledo’s Main Street on Saturday, June 25th, 2016 from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm.
This year, a FREE concert will spotlight one of Lincoln County’s hottest groups, the Unlikely Saints and a beer garden courtesy of the Holy Toledo Tavern along with food vendors and Toledo’s own local favorites.
Another fun feature will be an appearance from Rat Rod Magazine’s two time build off challenge winner and magazine cover car. Builder, Gary Fisher, from Resurrected Rust Garage will be bringing his 1933 Panel Delivery Rat Rod all the way from Hood River for the occasion. Attendees and participants are encouraged to dress in vintage clothing of their favorite era to go along with the awards that will be presented in the following categories: Best in Show, Distance Traveled, Presenter’s Choice, “You are Special”, Best: 1920’s, 30’s, 40’s, 50’s, 60’s, 70’s, or newer. Best Corvette, Chevy, Mopar, Ford, Best Foreign (non-US), Best Frankenstein, Best Pain, Best Engine, Best Interior and (new this year) Best Rat Rod. Winners announced at 3:30 pm. All nominations are by peers and not event organizers.
