Lincoln City: Vehicle hits pedestrian at the main entrance to Tanger Mall

A pedestrian has been hit by a car near the entrance to the Tanger Outlet Mall. The pedestrian is injured and is down on the East Devils Lake Road pavement.

The victim is a male in his 50s, down on the ground in a curled up position, bleeding from the head. The vehicle is a gray PT Cruiser. The car and occupants are still on scene. The vehicle plate comes back to a Lincoln City woman.

East Devil’s Lake Road is closed from Highway 101 to east of the accident.
