Cops don’t always get their man – but their “nasally advantaged” partners can run up the score!
Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office Deputy’s, Jeremy Gautney and K9 Bonni, were called Thursday to assist the Toledo Police Department in successfully tracking down a wanted subject who ran from them in the southeast area town.
The suspect, identified as Jose Frede Rodriguez-Aguilar, 27, of Toledo was wanted on two felony warrants and one misdemeanor warrant with an alert that he’s known for resisting arrest. Deputy Gautney and K9 Bonni arrived on scene and Toledo Police officers told him of the last known place the suspect was last seen running. K9 Bonni tracked Rodriquez-Aguilar through a front yard, around a house, and through the back yard before finding him hiding in some blackberry bushes. Rodriquez-Aguilar immediately surrendered and was taken into custody by Toledo Police officers.
Just another “Wrrroof” day at the office.
