Quite a lot of information has been released on the Jillian McCabe case, the woman who threw her autistic six year old boy off the Yaquina Bay Bridge back in early November of 2014. The boy, London McCabe, didn’t survive the fall. His body was recovered later that evening. Jillian McCabe was arrested almost immediately because right after she pushed the boy over into a 130 foot plunge to the water she called 9-1-1 and told horrified dispatchers what she’d done.
After her guilty plea, McCabe was sentenced to life in prison with no chance of parole for at least 25 years.
Here is the official record of what happened leading up to the tragic event found in the original documents filed by the Lincoln County District Attorney against McCabe – charging her with murder and manslaughter.
