FOLCAS Spent Almost $100,000 for County Animals in 2015
FOLCAS president Emily DeHuff is thrilled to report that in 2015, FOLCAS spent $98.3K to help the animals of Lincoln County, $61.7K in direct support to the Lincoln County Animal Shelter and $36.6K in direct help for local pets, representing a 21.5% increase over 2014 in the program services the group was able to provide.
Says DeHuff, “As we enter our eighth year, we extend warmest thanks to all of you who make this possible — to the shoppers, donors, and volunteers who drive the growing success of our Pick of the Litter Thrift Store, to the many businesses and individuals who give additional financial support, to the Central Coast Humane Society for lending their decades of commitment and experience to administering our Max Fund and spay/neuter subsidies, and to the countless members of the public who make life better for countless animals in countless ways every day.
