Central Coast Fire dispatched to a third-hand report of a 3 vehicle accident 1/2 mile south of the Alsea Bay Bridge.
Central Coast Fire district ambulance has gone down to SW Breakers Dr, unable to find any accident. They are now headed north to check the other end of the bridge, and requesting Yachats Fire to check from Yachats to Breakers.
Central Coast firefighter at highway 101 and Fox Creek in Seal Rock with three vehicles off the roadway. No injuries, but an ambulance will continue to the scene to ensure that is the case. He notes these is a significant amount of black ice in the area.
Another accident has just occurred a half mile south of the original accident scene. Ambulance diverting from the first accident.
ODOT is arriving in the area to place signs warning of the ice.

Fire units are clearing both accidents. Oregon State Police on scene will be organizing tows for the vehicles.
Reports from the area indicate the entire stretch of road between the Alsea Bay Bridge and Ona Beach are covered in black ice. Avoid travelling the area if possible.
