* TIMING: STRONG WINDS DEVELOPING BETWEEN 6 AND 7 AM…WITH PEAK WINDS BETWEEN 7 AM AND 12 NOON.

* LOCATIONS INCLUDE: LINCOLN CITY…NEWPORT…FLORENCE
