A message from Lincoln County Community Rights:
LINCOLN COUNTY COMMUNITY RIGHTS PRESENTS:
THE PROBLEM OF AERIAL HERBICIDE/PESTICIDE SPRAYING IN OUR COUNTY and many others, as seen in “Drift, a Community Seeking Justice”, a short documentary created by U of O students about the experience of 30 citizens of Gold Beach, Curry County. Join us for a discussion of the film, to hear other people’s experiences with aerial pesticide spraying and to tell about your own experiences. We will also talk about next steps to take in our struggle to protect the health of our citizens and our constitutionally guaranteed right to a safe environment.
This event will be held in Lincoln City, and is a repeat of an event we already held in Newport, as a fundraiser for Citizens for a Healthy County, Petitioning Committee for Lincoln County Community Rights. If you didn’t come to the first screening of this very informative documentary, this is a good opportunity to see it.
WE ARE IN THIS STRUGGLE TOGETHER! WE NEED YOUR HELP!
TOGETHER WE ARE STRONG!
