Lincoln Soil and Water Conservation District’s Annual Native Plant Sale for
Conservation is planned for Saturday, December 5th, from 10am-4pm at the JC
Market parking lot near Newport’s Candy and Quilter’s Cove, at 23 N Coast
Come peruse over 250 plants for sale with over 45 species of native trees, shrubs, ferns, and flowering perennials chosen for riparian, urban garden, and forestland areas. Stock will be 1 gallon down to 4″ band pots. All proceeds will support the District’s Water Quality and Habitat Restoration Programs which work to reduce nonpoint source pollution and restore watershed resiliency to Lincoln County’s streams and rivers through monitoring, education, outreach, and direct landowner assistance.
