Emergency responders cannot find the vehicle that was reported upside down in the eastbound lanes of Highway 20, three miles east of Newport.

Fire trucks, police cars and ambulance crews running up and down Highway 20 from Newport to Toledo have seen no sign of an upside down vehicle.

OSP reports the accident may be as far east as milepost 20, near Eddyville.
