Eight weeks off for mom and dad bonding with new baby – if it’s offered in the private sector, is it still socialism?
Intel has announced that it is joining the ranks of large businesses that offer more targeted benefits that dramatically humanizes their workplace – helping workers with fertility issues and giving up to eight weeks off for mom, baby and dad bonding. It’s practised widely in Europe and now it appears to be a big enough deal to be offered in the U.S.
