President Barack Obama flew in to Eugene today, hopped a helicopter and a few minutes later set down near Umpqua Community College in Roseburg. There he met and consoled the families who lost family members in last week’s massacre that took 10 lives including the shooter.
Obama seemed resolved to do everything he can, including using Presidential Powers to tighten gun regulations to make it harder for those who shouldn’t have guns not get access to them.
