News from Georgia Pacific in Toledo
Georgia Pacific pleased to share with you that James McClure is the new vice president and general manager of the Georgia-Pacific containerboard mill in Toledo, Oregon. James replaces Ken Li, who recently accepted the opportunity to manage GP’s containerboard mill in Monticello, Mississippi. All of us at GP are deeply grateful to Ken for his more than six years of service at Toledo. We wish him the best as he opens a new chapter in his career.
James is a lifelong Oregonian who has spent most of his professional life at GP, including more than 20 years in various roles at the Toledo mill. He received his undergraduate degree in chemical engineering from Oregon State University. He worked at the Toledo mill as a college intern and was offered a full-time engineering position after graduation. Most recently, James led GP’s consumer products mill in Halsey, Oregon, before accepting the opportunity to lead the Toledo operation.
We are delighted to welcome James as GP’s new leader in Toledo.
