Otis: Smoke in the area likely from Willamina Fire

Reports are coming into 9-1-1 dispatch of smoke in the area of Otis and further up-valley. Law enforcement has been scouring the area for any signs of a smoke plume. None found. Officers believe it’s smoke spill-over from the still burning Willamina Fire to the east.
