Hurry up drill: OHA issues draft regs for medical marijuana dispensaries to sell recreational marijuana for a while
An often cited reason for cities and counties to disallow recreational marijuana sales by medical dispensaries is that the rules surrounding those sales were not available – yet. So it appears that the Oregon Health Authority – in charge of the medical marijuana part of the industry – has done a hurry-up drill to get at least some draft rules and regulations on the table for public and government discussion.
