Newport – Heads up!
The Newport Public Works Department advises that water service will be turned off today (Monday) to customers on SW Abbey St. between SW 6th and SW 7th. The repair of a broken water main will take approximately four hours to repair. Expect water service to resume at about 6:00 p.m.
