Premier Bull Riding Event comes to Newport August 16th Presented by Power of Newport, the Coastal Farm and Ranch Challenge of Champions Tour is bringing 35 of the biggest, baddest bovine athletes alive to face off against 35 of the toughest cowboys on the planet for a night of jaw dropping, blood pumping professional bull riding excitement! Eight seconds is going to feel like a long time on Sunday, August 16 at The New Lincoln County Fair!
Starting at 4:00 pm in the Fairgrounds outdoor arena, the Challenge of Champions Bull Riding Event promises to take your breath away and give you back a deep appreciation for the athleticism of both bull and rider. The high-marked winner of the night will have a shot at winning a $1,000 Bonus from having a qualifying ride on the Bounty Bull Calico Kid of 2 Bucks Rodeo Co!
But the fun doesn’t stop there! A Meet and Greet with the Cowboys will get you down in the dirt yourself for photographs, autographs and mingling with the cowboys. Wet your whistle at the Salishan and Brett Lucich Fair After Party and enjoy fresh grilled, local tuna provided by the Oregon Albacore Commission and prepared by Trail’s End BBQ. The best part of the Fair might be right after it’s officially over!
