Siletz: Man threatening to shoot himself in front of library

Law enforcement is racing to the Siletz Library on a report that a man standing outside is threatening to shoot himself. Now reports say he’s in an altercation outside.

Police now on scene. Now over at a park east of the library.

Sounds like they have him.
