Will recreational sales of marijuana get a six to 10 month head start ahead of the OLCC sales option?
A state legislative committee with some political juice has approved a measure that would allow “early” recreational marijuana sales to be made to the public by medical marijuana dispensaries already operating. The idea is to try to head off black market sales to the public if everyone is forced to wait until OLCC sanctioned sales are launched late next year.
