The Oregon State Police is asking for the public’s help in locating a child taken from Longview, WA.
On May 17th, Longview Police Department and Oregon DHS became aware that Andy TRAVIS and Cerena BARROS took Cash TRAVIS in violation of a court order. Both Cerenea and Andy are non-custodial parents.
It is believed they are heading to California. There are currently felony warrants out for their arrest.
Suspect vehicle -2000 Ford F150 pickup, white, with Ohio License of DGD6579. The Ohio license does not belong to this vehicle and is believed to be a switched plate. Vehicle has a Starbucks style bumper sticker in the back window “I luv coffee and guns” and a license plate holder that is from “Santa Cruz Beach Auto Sales”.
Child: Cash TRAVIS, 18 months old male
Suspect: Andy W TRAVIS, 34 years old, of Longview, WA, 6′ 3″ 250 lbs, brown eyes with brown hair or shaved head
Suspect: Cerena M BARROS, 25 years old, Longview, 5’03” 100 lbs, blue eyes with dark hair or possibly strawberry, blonde hair
