One of two missing goats
4-H projects – girls are heartbroken…

EIGHT DAYS: LATER THE GOATS ARE FOUND NEAR WHERE THEY DISAPPEARED!

The goats are back home and the girls are thrilled!

GREAT NEWS! Our goats have been found! They were found in a yard late Sunday near where they disappeared. They are a little thin, but they seem healthy and happy! We are so grateful to EVERYONE that helped us look for them day and night for the past 2 weeks. We are extremely THANKFUL TO MR. AND MRS. LITTLE who found them in their yard! The girls (and us) are on cloud nine now that they are home!

====================================================================================

OUR GIRLS ARE DEVASTATED! These may be just animals to some people, but to our girls they were a very important part of the girls 4-H project for their LAST year in 4-H. They have put lots of time studying about goats, locating the correct breed and age of goat and caring for these two little boys not to mention the hard work making the money to buy them. It’s going to be almost impossible to replace these guys, not only in their hearts, but physically. Their goats have to be a certain age and breed to qualify for fair and the girls will not have time to earn the money all over again to purchase new ones even if they can find the breed and age they need.

These goats were Stolen from 144 st, in Seal Rock, Oregon, just south of Newport. IF ANYONE KNOWS WHO TOOK THESE GOATS, please contact us or the Lincoln County Sheriffs Department. There is a REWARD offered for the safe return of our girls’ goats! These little boys were on medication at the time they were taken and need to be on it now.

If anyone is interested in helping the girls replace their goats please contact us at 4hcoastalcritters@gmail.com or call (541) 992-3137.
