Lincoln County Sheriff’s investigators have arrested an Otis man for a home burglary that was reported in early February. Deputies arrested 30 year Lydell Suppah for the break-in and theft of a rifle and miscellaneous jewelry from a residence on Bear Creek Road in otis.
On February 10th, 2015, at about 7:00 PM, deputies with the Lincoln County Sheriff’s office responded to a burglary at a residence located near the 500 block of Bear Creek Road in Otis. An investigation revealed that someone forced entry into the residence and stole a rifle and miscellaneous jewelry. Through the course of the investigation, suspect information was developed.
Suppah was also found to be in possession of methamphetamine and had failed to update his sex offender registration.
Suppah was taken into custody and lodged at the Lincoln County Jail on charges of Burglary in the first degree, Theft in the first degree, Unlawful possession of methamphetamine and Failure to report as a sex offender. Suppah’s bail is set at $265,000.
