Letter of Thanks to the Community
On behalf of the Children’s Advocacy Center of Lincoln County Board of Directors, staff, and children we serve, a sincere thank you to our caring community for supporting the 20th annual Celebrate the Children dinner dance and auction held February 7th. This event proved to once again be a very successful fundraiser! Monies raised from this event will provide direct services for Lincoln County’s abused, neglected, witnesses to violence and drug endangered children.
We especially want to thank our major sponsors Oregon Coast Bank and Barton Law Firm for their support. The event could not have been possible without the generous support from the community in the form of monetary contributions, silent and live auction donations and the many volunteers and staff that planned and assisted at the event. Thank you for helping Lincoln County’s most vulnerable children at a time they need it the most.
The Children’s Advocacy Center serves all Lincoln County. This day-use facility provides child abuse assessment, intervention, advocacy, and counseling at no charge to the families. The Center services are provided in a secure, neutral, child-friendly environment as part of the multidisciplinary team approach for suspected child abuse victims.
We celebrate the children and all of those who help us begin the process of healing through contributions, time, talent and resources.
