State AG orders Cylvia Hayes to turn over personal email records related to government work
Another defeat for Oregon First Lady Cylvia Hayes as State Attorney General Ellen Rosenblum orders her to turn over personal emails that dealt with official state business. Hayes’ attorney said his client would not turn over those emails claiming invasion of privacy since she is not a public official. Rosenblum fired back that Hayes acted like one in that she had noticeable power over staff and considerable involvement with directing state policy.
