State Representative David Gomberg (D-Otis) was sworn in this week for a second term as a member of the Oregon House of Representatives. Rep. Gomberg joined his colleagues and family in the House Chamber for the ceremony administered by Chief Justice of the Oregon Supreme Court, Thomas A. Balmer.
“For the last two years, it has been my privilege to work with legislators on both sides of the aisle to solve some of Oregon’s most important issues,” said Rep. Gomberg. “I look forward to continuing that work this session and delivering economic vitality for rural Oregon, protecting children and seniors, and strengthening small businesses.”
During the 78th Assembly of the Oregon Legislature, Rep. Krieger will serve on the following committees:
· Joint Ways & Means Full Committee
· Joint Ways & Means Transportation & Economic Development Subcommittee, House Co-Chair
· Joint Ways & Means Agriculture and Natural Resources Subcommittee
· House Rural Communities, Land Use and Water Committee
Rep. Gomberg has served as a member of the Oregon House since 2012. House District 10 includes Lincoln County, southern Tillamook County, and portions Yamhill and Polk Counties.
He and his wife Susan reside in Otis, where they operate a kite design, manufacturing, retail, and wholesale business.
