The Federal Energy Commission (FERC) has just released its analysis of whether the multi-billion dollar Liquid Natural Gas export facility at Coos Bay’s Jordan Cove, should be built. And FERC has given the facility a big thumbs up. However, FERC’s findings are just the first step in a long series of reviews by other federal and state agencies that must also sign off on the massive natural gas export facility.
