A group filled with anger and profound sadness gathered at the north of the Yaquina Bay bridge Thursday evening to mourn the death of six year old London McCabe whose mother threw him off the Yaquina Bay Bridge in Newport Monday evening. Another memorial is being held Saturday evening at 6pm at the south end of the bridge.
Many expressed heavy frustration that while broken bones can be healed as a matter of course for all American families, the same cannot be said for broken minds.
