Heavy smoke seen above Otter Crest Loop
3:42pm Heavy smoke is reported wafting through the trees between Highway 101 and Otter Crest Loop below. The smoke was reported behind the Terrace Development. Depoe Bay Fire Rescue not yet on scene.

Depoe Bay Fire Rescue can’t find anything out of the ordinary except for a small brush pile fire (control burn) quite a ways from where the original smoke was reported. No apparent damage.
