There has been a lot of acknowledgement lately that while the U.S. rachets up the cost of college level training and education, the rest of the industrialized world keeps cranking out citizens who receive higher education at low cost or even NO cost. It doesn’t take a math major to figure out that sooner or later America will not have a work force capable of being competitive for the rest of the 21st century.
The question is now being asked – Should America follow suit, if only to prevent itself from being just another third world country?
