Central Coast Fire Rescue is looking for a boat whose occupants called 9-1-1 to say they were just beyond the end of the jaws and were taking on water. Clearing inside the bay, but it fogs up fast from the bar and farther out. So visibility is tough.
The boat has sunk but the owner got off okay and made it to shore. He is now asking for help in salvaging his boat. The boat is off the tip of the Alsea Bay Spit. Boat completely submerged.
