Law Enforcement enroute to Lincoln Beach on report of a “crazy man” with a knife.

Man with a knife who is himself bleeding, appears to be trying to commit suicide by cop at the Lincoln Beach Apartments. He’s after a family in one of the apartments.
A small army of police is enroute.
Said to be in apartment 13 “smashing things.”

Suspect has been detained. In police custody.

No one but the knife man appears to be wounded.
