Over 100 Oregon cities impose temporary moratoriums on medical marijuana outlets. Several ‘permanent,’ defying state law.
Over 100 Oregon cities, not counting counties, have passed moratoriums on the sale of medical marijuana within their political boundaries. Among them are several cities in Jackson County, Medford included, that have passed local ordinances that ban such sales period – despite state law that allows such sales across the state starting in May of next year. (Lawyers, start your engines!)
