Gas prices have risen quickly here on the Oregon Coast, about twenty cents over the last few weeks. The main spike is said to be caused by the tensions in the Ukraine and Crimea as Russia turns the clock back 50 years.
The end result is that with such uncertainties of natural gas supplies from Russia to Europe and the overall supply route lines for other fuels, wholesale prices are on a fast up-escalator.
