Siletz fire turns out to be only a burn barrel

Fire turns out to be some kids partying outside with a burn barrel fire. Initially reported as an explosion with flames and smoke coming from a structure at Fred Taylor Road and Siletz Highway. It wound up being at a building off James Frank Road.
