Lincoln County Health and Human Services is Available to Help Residents Enroll in Health Insurance Plans through Cover Oregon! AND THE HELP IS FREE!
The Lincoln County Health and Human Services (LCHHS) Department reminds citizens that it’s not too late to enroll for health insurance coverage through the State’s health insurance exchange marketplace, Cover Oregon. Deadlines have been extended and help is available to all uninsured or under-insured County residents by contacting LCHHS Outreach and Enrollment Assistance Worker, Lauren Bailey at 541-265-0430 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
“Navigating the Cover Oregon website, knowing which health insurance plans, options and subsidies are available and filling out application forms can sometimes be a daunting task,” says Bailey. “But we want everyone to know that help is available, both on an individual and group basis, and LCHHS is just a simple phone call away.”
Despite the conflicting news reports, Cover Oregon is actively processing applications and is enrolling Oregonians in quality affordable health insurance plans. In addition to helping people with navigating the Cover Oregon website, direct assistance from LCHHS is available for filling out eligibility applications for advanced premium tax credits, cost-sharing assistance, the Oregon Health Plan and the Oregon Healthy Kids Program.
For more information or to arrange for an appointment, please contact LCHHS Outreach and Enrollment Assistance Worker, Lauren Bailey at 541-265-0430 or by email at email@example.com
