Tuesday, Dec. 17th – Newport, OR
Summary: A day of full sun was followed by the Full Cold Moon (as the December full moon is called). Highs yesterday in the mid-50s, light wind and not a cloud in the sky was a welcome change from the recent frigid cold and damp periods. This morning it’s chilly with lows dropping to the mid-30s, a few pockets of frosted windshields, not much breeze and high clouds starting to come in from the northwest just at moonset.
