Oregon State Police is in pursuit of vehicle northbound on Highway 101 entering south end of Lincoln City. Law enforcement trying to set out spikes.

Car is registered to an address out of Otis.

May be due to a medical issue…trying to get to North Lincoln Hospital.

Stopped at 31st, full felony stop. Guns drawn.

Suspect detained.

Confirmed medical issue – just trying to get to the hospital. Police assisted in getting person there.
